Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us by email at floplusmed@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance. Our customer support team is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction regarding our products, support, and delivery.
Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Once an order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier — including signature confirmation where applicable — responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. FLO+ Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
